Red Dot  Our Standard Specifications are second to none
We use 2x6 wall studs, 16” on center as a standard in all our homes. This allows for increased insulation value and energy efficiency. It also gives our homes added strength and rigidity, a must when transporting the home down the highway. In addition, these thicker walls give a nice interior finish to the home with deep ledges on the window sills.

Red Dot  We can build much wider homes than our competitors
We can build 28’, 32’ and 36’ wide modular homes. In addition we can build our 20’ wide Cottage Series homes with NO marriage wall! Regent Homes is able to build wider because we ship all our homes with police escorts allowing for “Super Load” shipping widths.

Red Dot  Our rafter system is truly unique in the industry
We use a fixed roof rafter system that minimizes or eliminates roof “flips” on our homes. Our ranchers and two-stories come without any flips, standard. Our competitors must flip each roof twice and leave off shingles, soffit, and fascia on the eave overhangs. Regent Homes uses a plywood gusset system to hinge the roof on one place with no flips which means the shingles are applied and the soffit is complete on the day of the set.

Red Dot  Our Raised Saddle Roofs on Ranch homes are one of a kind
We build our Raised Saddle Roofs as a separate unit that is completed in the plant and shipped on a separate truck. This unit is lifted into place on the day of the set and the front porch roof is flipped over to cover the porch, nearly complete. The higher profile on the Beracah’s Raised Saddle Roofs make our homes more attractive than our competition.

Red Dot  Our eave overhangs are a full 16” on nearly all our homes
Our competitions’ eaves are somewhere between 8-12”. This gives our homes a high quality exterior look and finish.

We are centrally located on Delmarva. This means your can visit the plant in Greenwood, Delaware with your builder before and during your home’s construction. It is comforting to actually see what techniques and quality control assurances are being built into your home as it moves down the line. We, the management, have NEVER taken someone through our plant that was not thoroughly impressed with our quality and workmanship. You can tour our facility with your Retail Builder.
